Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This mouse IgG1 isotype control can be used in surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemcial staining, immunoprecipitation and immunoblotting (WB).

Applications Tested

This mouse IgG1 isotype control has been pretitrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral leukocytes and can be used at 20 μl per million cells (100 μl blood).
