Description
The hamster IgG fraction was purified by affinity chromatography from normal Armenian hamster serum and is useful as an isotype control for Armenian hamster antibodies.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This purified hamster IgG can be used as an isotype control for Armenian hamster IgG antibodies.
Applications Tested
This Armenian hamster IgG isotype control has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions and can be used at less than or equal to 1 µg per million cells. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in other applications.
