Description
This TB01 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD57 (also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7), a 110-kDa cell surface glycoprotein expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
Applications Reported
For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. The TB01 (TBO1) antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested
The TB01 (TBO1) antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of human peripheral blood leukocytes. This can be used at 5 μl (1.0 μg) per 100μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
