Description

The eBioY418 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD49b, the 150 kDa integrin α2 subunit. The complex of CD49b non-covalently associated with integrin β1 (CD29), also known as VLA-2, is a receptor for collagen and laminin. This complex is expressed by lymphocytes, activated T cells, monocytes and platelets.

Applications Reported

For research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. This eBioY418 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested

This eBioY418 antibody has been pre-titrated and tested by flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood. This can be used at 20 μl (.125 μg) per 100 μl blood (or per 1 million cells in 100 μl total staining volume).
