Description

The eBioscience Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer is designed for use in immunofluorescent staining protocols of cells in suspension. eBioscience Flow Cytometry Staining Buffer is a buffered saline solution containing fetal bovine serum and sodium azide (0.09%) as a preservative. This buffer can be used for antibody and cell dilution steps, as well as all the wash steps required for the surface staining and flow cytometric analysis. This buffer contains animal serum proteins to help minimizing non-specific binding of antibodies.
