Each packet is reconstituted in 1 Liter of distilled, deionized water; the resulting 1x PBS/Tween-20 buffer (pH 7.4) is suitable for washing ELISA plate microwells. 10 packets of ELISA Wash Buffer Powder are supplied, yielding a total of 10 liters of 1x Wash Buffer.
