Description

Description: This YKIX337.8 monoclonal antibody reacts with canine CD44, also known as phagocytic glycoprotein-1 (Pgp-1). CD44 is an adhesion molecule that binds hyaluronan, a major component of the extracellular matrix. This cell surface molecule is expressed on leukocytes and epithelial cells, as well as in canine mammary and melanocytic tumors. Furthermore, CD44 expression is induced by T cell activation.
